Next week we begin serving our Holiday Afternoon Tea menu. It features delicious selections highlighting holiday ingredients. We serve two afternoon teas; the Territorial Tea is the sweet tea, and the Centennial Tea is the full afternoon tea service.

Our Territorial Tea includes:

Pot of tea – you may select your own tea from over 85 premium loose leaf teas, or we will pair each course with a tea that deliciously compliments the food

Two scones – Hazelnut and Cinnamon-Cranberry - with house cream, strawberry jam, and lemon curd

Fruit – spiced peaches or poached apples

Sweets of the day – Our main sweet is trifle served in a pretty glass to show off the colorful layers: Black Forest with chocolate cake, cherries, and whipped cream, or Sticky Toffee with date cake, toffee sauce, poached cranberries, and whipped cream. Sweets also include Snow Bars, Port Wine Balls, and tea-infused Chocolate Truffles.

Our Centennial Tea adds tea sandwiches and savories:

Tea Sandwiches and Savories – Turkey and Dried Fruit Pate on rye bread, Chicken and Olive Rounds, Apricot, Grape and Blue Cheese Triangles, and Mini Herb Clafoutis.
